Complete
the request for official transcript forms for your high school
and each college you attended. We will request your transcripts
at no additional charge to you.
Military
Credit
If
you are a veteran and wish to be assessed for military credit
or if you will use veteran's benefits, a copy of your Form DD214
must be sent to Aquinas College. Active members of the military
should submit DD295 forms. Active and non-active members of the
Army should secure their AARTS transcript.

financing your education.
